E.fi (pronounced "ee-ph-eye") was founded by Ophelia Johnson, a strategist, integrator, and systems thinker shaped by both lived experience and years of execution inside some of the world's most demanding environments.
In 2005, when Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans, Ophelia lost her home. What she gained was clarity of purpose: a determination to build systems that benefit society and don't collapse under pressure.
That purpose led to a career in biomedical engineering and eventually to leading transformations with C-Suite executives at Fortune 100 companies like Merck and Bristol Myers Squibb, senior leaders at global giants like Novo Nordisk, department heads of academic institutions, and U.S. government agencies.
After nearly 10 years and more than 15 launches across all functions in most value chains, one truth proved universal: execution breaks down when people, processes, and vision are misaligned.
That's where E.fi comes in. After nearly a decade of driving impact inside large institutions, Ophelia founded E.fi to scale that impact and help even more visionary leaders turn their bold ideas into real results.
