Please read these terms carefully before using the E.fi website or purchasing our services.
Boaz Holdings LLC, doing business as E.fi, and its affiliates provides its content on its websites or applications that post a link to this Terms of Use subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). We may periodically change the Terms without prior notice, so please check back from time to time.
In these Terms, "E.fi", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Boaz Holdings LLC, PO Box 93, Durham, PA 18039. "Site" refers to www.e-fi.works and any associated mobile or web applications. "Services" refers to all digital products (e-books, templates, audio/visual materials), virtual workshops (live or pre-recorded sessions) and consulting services offered through the Site. "User" or "you" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Site. "Content" includes all text, graphics, images, video, software and other materials provided through the Site. "Consumer" means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified to you via email or by posting a notice on the Site. Your continued use after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase our Services. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may use the Site only with permission of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (see Privacy Policy). By purchasing digital services, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic records and signatures have the same legal effect as paper documents, subject to the ESIGN Act and UETA.

All Content on the Site is owned by or licensed to E.fi and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and download Content for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute and display that content solely for purposes of operating the Site.
Any content you purchase may be used within your business for informational purposes only, and does not serve as legal, financial, or other professional advice; it is not a substitute for independent evaluation or professional advice, and does not make any guarantees regarding outcomes or results.
If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent at privacy@e-fi.works with the following: (i) your physical or electronic signature, (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, (iii) identification of the infringing material and sufficient information to locate it, (iv) your contact details, (v) a good-faith belief statement, and (vi) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
Orders. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes and fees. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Payment Processing and PCI DSS. Payments are processed by third-party providers compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
United States and Pennsylvania. Unless stated otherwise, purchases of digital products and services are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law. Purchases made during a door-to-door sales presentation have a three-business-day cooling-off period under Pennsylvania's UTPCPL.
European Union Consumers. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance-selling contracts. To exercise this right, email us at info@e-fi.works with your order number.
Subscriptions. You can cancel a subscription at any time via your online account or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
For consumers in the EU, our digital products and services must conform to the contract. If the digital content is defective or does not match its description, you may request that we bring the content into conformity, offer a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract in accordance with the Digital Content Directive. This statutory warranty lasts for two years from delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E.fi and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid for the Services or Products in the six months preceding the claim, or (ii) $500. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
The Site and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no representations regarding any results that may be obtained from using the Services. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E.fi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services.
We are committed to making our Site and Services accessible to users with disabilities. We follow recognized accessibility standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed informally by contacting us at info@e-fi.works. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding mediation in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, or online via an agreed service.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

This Privacy Policy explains how E.fi collects, uses and protects personal information in accordance with U.S. law (including the FTC Act, CAN-SPAM, COPPA and relevant state data-breach laws), the GDPR and other applicable data-protection regulations.

Information you provide: Contact information, payment information, account information, content you submit, and communications with us.
Information collected automatically: Usage and device data (IP address, browser type, OS, referring URLs and pages visited), as well as cookies and similar technologies used to recognize your browser and measure campaign effectiveness.
Information from third parties: Payment processors (confirmation and limited transaction details) and analytics providers.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (payment processors, hosting, analytics), affiliates, law enforcement when required by law, and in connection with business transfers.
Because we are based in the United States, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your residence. When we transfer personal data of EU/UK/Swiss individuals, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact privacy@e-fi.works to request a copy.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and to comply with legal obligations. Transaction records are retained for at least seven years. We periodically review and securely delete data that is no longer needed.
We employ technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure server hosting, access controls and regular security assessments. If we detect a security breach, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.

The Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
All marketing emails will clearly identify themselves as advertisements, include our physical postal address, and provide a working unsubscribe link. We honor opt-out requests promptly. EU residents will receive marketing emails only with prior consent.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post a prominent notice on our Site or send you an email.
